Google Chrome is a web browser developed by Google and it serves as the platform for Assurance applications. Assurance uses Google Chrome because it is one of the best internet browsers for both safety and security and it's the only browser you can use while working on the Assurance platform. While working on the Assurance platform you may need support from our technical support team, your team lead, manager, etc. To best support you, they may need you to perform a certain function, or action, on your computer to either troubleshoot or help you get back up and running quickly.
